As The Office Space’s original Surry Hills location, this building has not only launched our business but has hosted and supported over 420 other businesses over the past 12 years. Each of our floors is individually styled to promote productivity, creativity and interaction to align different businesses work styles. We feature pieces by Vitra, Herman Miller, Arne Jacobsen, alongside contemporary artwork by Guan Wei, Paul Davies and Stephen Powers.
Reservoir by The Office Space is best suited to start-up companies and SME’s businesses across a broad spectrum of industry, and individuals requiring a flexible and affordable workplace. Residents range from freelance writers to architects, analysts, consultants and designers.
Reservoir is an ideal base for businesses comprising 1 to 8 people. We offer highly flexible options such as month-by-month leasing without onerous lock-in contracts, and multiple space options and configurations that can accommodate your business as it grows.
Our creative workspaces offer the choice of private office suites, open workstations, group workbenches or casual ‘hot desks’ to align with your budget, business image and work style. Share workstations start from $150 +GST per day, and private office suites start from $200 +GST per day.
Residents are encouraged to utilise the shared features unique to each floor including a library nook, internal garden and communal lounges, whilst each level is equipped with a kitchenette and bathroom facilities and supported by premium infrastructure such as networked fibre internet at 500Mbps symmetrical, multifunction colour printers and Biolock security systems.
Reservoir by The Office Space offers a variety of intimate and private meeting facilities through to impressive boardrooms. To ensure your meeting is professional and productive, The Office Space team will welcome your guests into a lounge area and offer them refreshments before escorting them to your nominated meeting room. They can also provide presentation materials for you, a dedicated receptionist or events manager, and AV support to ensure every aspect of your meeting is seamless and professional. These spacess are available for use by Virtual Office and in-house residents and external clients. Bathroom and kitchenette facilities are placed on each level and catering is also available.
Meeting room rates start from $80 +GST per hour for external clients / free usage for residents.
